Step 1
Degrease muzzle device and barrel threads with
acetone or alcohol. Use shims to appropriately orient muzzle device with two port holes at the 12 o’clock position. *Do not use a crush washer if using with a suppressor!
Failure to properly install this muzzle device when used with a suppressor could cause damage to the suppressor, your firearm, or yourself.
Step 2
Apply a thin coat of Rocksett to the muzzle threads. Do not skip this step or substitute an inferior thread locking compound. After applying Rocksett, use an appropriate wrench or armorer’s tool to torque the muzzle device to 25-35 ft/lbs. Do not use pliers or similar tools, as they may mar the finish. To remove, refer to the Rocksett user manual.
